To make registering your new tire purchase easier we offer on line registration process for your new tire purchase. By registering your tires it accomplishes several things like helping to verifying your purchase should a warranty situation occur.
Ultimately however, if Toyo Tires should need to contact you in the event of a recall campaign by registering your purchase it would ensure a quick and efficient process.
Toyo Tires is required by Transport Canada to collect this information so your help in this matter is very much appreciated. We strongly adhere to the Canadian privacy regulations so rest assured this is the only reason this information is collected and will not be used for any other reason unless specifically approved by you.

Note: if you have just purchased new tires and are hoping to submit your claim for the rebate program you must register them at www.toyorebate.ca as well before sending in your paperwork.

Name of the dealer where you purchased the tire(s).
Located on invoice or warranty booklet supplied from the tire dealer.
Mileage (in Kilometers) on your vehicle at the time of installation.
Tire Information
DOT Safety Standard Code
The DOT number is located on the lower sidewall on one side of the tire following the word DOT.
At least 1 DOT # is required. You must also enter the position the tire was installed on.
Positions: LF = Left Front, RF = Right Front, LR = Left Rear, RR = Right Rear
