TOYO TIRE CANADA INTRODUCES THE CELSIUS SPORT ULTRA HIGH-PERFORMANCE ALL-WEATHER TIRE.
Richmond, British Columbia- Toyo Tire Canada Inc. announces the addition of the Celsius Sport Ultra High-Performance (UHP) tire to its Celsius line of all-weather tires. Suitable for popular performance luxury cars, SUV’s and CUV’s the Celsius Sport is designed to be positioned between an all-season and winter tire with a tread design that provides better ice and snow traction than a traditional all-season tire and longer tread life than a winter tire.
Designed for the diverse Canadian road conditions, the Celsius Sport delivers dependable traction in changing weather conditions while providing refined looks, precise handling, and driving comfort. The Celsius Sport will give luxury vehicle owners a performance-oriented tire with dependable year-round, all-weather traction …all in one tire.
The Celsius Sport features an asymmetric tread design with the inside of the tire optimized for winter traction while the outside delivers all-season driving performance. Additional features include an UHP casing and stiff sidewall construction for responsive handling, while a specialized silca compound provides added grip in wet and dry conditions while maintaining flexibility in cold temperatures to enhance traction. These features combined with four wide circumferential grooves to evacuate water and staggered blocks for improved snow and slush traction will instill driving confidence in varying weather conditions.
The Celsius Sport is available in 43 fitments ranging from 17”-22” rim sizes. Consumers can also have confidence in knowing the Celsius Sport is backed by a 95,000-kilometer mileage warranty on the “V and W” speed rated tires, and a 65,000-kilometer warranty on the “Y”-rated.
