RE: COVID-19 Coronavirus
 
With the recent classification of COVID-19 (coronavirus) as a global pandemic and the subsequent growing concerns, Toyo Tires Canada Inc. would like to assure you that at the core of every action and decision we take is the well-being, health and safety of our employees, dealers and suppliers.
 
With the quickly evolving landscape surrounding COVID-19, Toyo Tires will continue to adhere to recommendations and directives issued by the Canadian Health Authorities and will make every effort to ensure that our business operations continue to support the needs of our customers, should any further emergency measures be required.  
 
In order to be fully prepared, beginning Monday, March 23rd, we will be implementing a telecommute work schedule for office employees, giving us the opportunity to test and perfect our emergency response service capabilities and to ensure that we can continue to support your business. Currently, our warehouses will remain open to support your needs.
   
As the circumstances surrounding COVID-19 continue to evolve, we will continue to implement any necessary changes in order to maintain our high level of service and to ensure the health and safety of our employees and business partners.
 
We would like to thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we continue to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 at our locations.
